Licence of Use — Digital Products

What you may and may not do with the digital files you buy from Sweet Dreams: personal use, no sharing or reselling.

Version of 7 November 2026 · The Portuguese version prevails.

This licence sets out what customers may and may not do with the PDF files they buy from Sweet Dreams: they may use and print them for themselves, but may not share, resell or use them commercially.

1. Parties and subject

Licensor: Peonia de Papel – SU, Lda, NUIT 402062908, registered at Av. 24 de Julho, no. 1870, 4th floor, P8, Bairro Polana, KaMpfumo, Maputo, Mozambique, trading as Sweet Dreams (“Sweet Dreams”).

Licensee: the person who buys a digital product from Sweet Dreams (“the customer”).

Products covered: all digital files sold by Sweet Dreams, including diaries, planners, calendars, shopping lists, labels, cards, wall art and other printable templates, in PDF or any other format (“the files”).

2. Intellectual property

When buying a file, the customer buys a licence to use it, not the rights to the file.

  • The designs, texts, illustrations, patterns, logo and Sweet Dreams brand belong to Sweet Dreams and are protected by Mozambique's Copyright Law (Law no. 9/2022).
  • The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable: the customer may not assign, sell or lend it to anyone else.
  • All rights not expressly granted to the customer by this licence are reserved to Sweet Dreams.

3. What the customer may do

  • Download and keep the files on their own devices, including backup copies.
  • Print the files as many times as they like, at home or at a print shop, for personal use.
  • Use the files in digital form, for example on a tablet, for personal use.
  • Use the printouts with their family or give them as a personal gift, without charging for them.
  • Share photos of the printouts on social media, tagging Sweet Dreams (@sdreams.mz).

4. What the customer may not do

  • Share, send or publish the files, in whole or in part, by WhatsApp, email, social media, groups, cloud storage or any other means.
  • Resell, rent or give away the files, digital or printed, in exchange for money or any other benefit.
  • Print the files to sell, or to give to a business's customers.
  • Alter, copy or adapt the designs to create and sell derivative products.
  • Remove or hide the logo, copyright notices or other Sweet Dreams marks.
  • Use the Sweet Dreams brand, logo or designs to promote another business.
  • Use the files to train artificial intelligence tools or to generate similar designs.

5. Commercial licence

Anyone who wants to use the files in a business needs a written commercial licence, requested directly from Sweet Dreams.

6. Delivery, files and printing

  • The files are sent as a download link, by email and on the order page, once payment is confirmed. No physical product is sent.
  • The download link stays active for 30 days. The customer should save the files as soon as they receive them.
  • Printed colours may differ from those on screen, depending on the printer, paper and settings used.
  • Printing, paper, cutting and binding are the customer's responsibility. Sweet Dreams is not responsible for printing errors made at home or at a print shop.
  • If a file arrives damaged or incomplete, Sweet Dreams sends it again at no cost.

7. Refunds and exchanges

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, Sweet Dreams does not give refunds after download, except where the law requires it.

  • Before downloading, the customer may cancel the purchase and be refunded.
  • If the file is damaged or does not match what was advertised, and Sweet Dreams cannot fix it, the customer is refunded.
  • Requests by email or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase.

8. Breach of the licence

If the customer does not comply with this licence, the licence ends immediately and Sweet Dreams may act to defend its rights.

  • The customer must delete all copies of the files and stop using printouts that breach the licence.
  • The amount paid is not refunded.
  • Sweet Dreams may ask for the removal of posts or listings that use its files without permission.
  • Sweet Dreams may claim compensation for the damage caused and use the remedies provided by law.

9. Liability, governing law and jurisdiction

  • The files are supplied as described on the sales page. Within the limits of the law, Sweet Dreams' liability never exceeds the amount paid for the file.
  • Sweet Dreams may update this licence. Each purchase is subject to the version in force on the date of purchase.
  • This licence is governed by the law of Mozambique.
  • Disputes not settled by agreement are decided by the courts of Maputo.

10. Contacts and acceptance
